Outdoor Dog Kennel

I installed in my kennel sewer and we had bad weather and the leaves and everything went just drains. What is the most liquid or chemical. . . Something that I can use to unlock them. Preferably something that can happen to a store like Wal-Mart or something. Ok question. . . . What happens if the flight is not dry and humid Mouth? As theres water all the way up and its blocked. . I served as enzymatic solution to prevent the escape because he leaves, excrement and others, but I think that is going to stay on top? Or even work with it to be filled, because the work is well until the end?
